Here at Katie Binns Dress Studio we ask that once you have made your 1:1 dress appointment, if for any reason you have to cancel 48 hours notice is required.

When it’s Prom season we have a school register and make a note of the dresses going to each individual schools.  We have made a promise that only one dress style can go to one school even if it is a different colour!! However, we cannot guarantee that people will travel to other shops or online and get the same dress.

When a Client chooses their forever dress, we like them to be absolutely certain, as once the dress has been purchased we do not offer refunds.

When it comes to alterations of the dresses, we can provide recommended seamstresses if required, but we do not take responsibility for the work carried out by the seamstress.
